An analog telephone line serviced by an external telephone vendor. Often referred to as 'POTS' lines.

Costs associated with this service

One-time charge of $85 plus the telephone vendor installation cost.

Monthly recurring charges from telephone vendor vary by company, location and services.

How to request this service

Submit a Support Ticket at support.kent.edu. Choose Request Type, "Telephone & Voicemail."

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Averages 2 weeks depending on telephone company availability

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
