Teleconference

Teleconference bridge services can be done as scheduled, ad-hoc or continuous (Dedicated Bridge Number).
A telephone conference service allows multiple participants to be connected together seamlessly over a conference bridge. Traditional telephone access for the conference bridge is done by dialing a toll-free or direct-dial number and supplying a conference bridge number.

How to request this service

Submit a Support Ticket at support.kent.edu. Choose Request Type, "Telephone & Voicemail."

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Generally one business day

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks

Eight callers maximum; 5-digit or outside calls.
