Call Handler

This service is to request the set-up of a Call Handler

A Call Handler is an advanced telephone feature that provides callers with a menu driven interface providing self service to the caller allowing calls to be routed to the proper telephone, message, directory or voice mail box.

Costs associated with this service

One-time set up charges of $85.00 per hour (billed in 1/4 hour increments)

How to request this service

Submit a Support Ticket at support.kent.edu. Choose Request Type, "Telephone & Voicemail."

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Within two business days

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
