Call Center

This service is to request the set-up of a Call Center.

Commonly known as an ACD or Automatic Call Distribution system, a Call Center is used to handle incoming calls and forward them to one or more agents who handle the request. The system offers customized messages, call queues for appropriate groups and detailed call reporting. Also provides advanced telephony features for handling complex applications.

Costs associated with this service

One-time set up charges of $85.00 per hour (billed in 1/4 hour increments)

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Varies depending on complexity of request

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
