Network & Telecomm Services maintains the equipment and manages contracts with Internet Service Provider vendors for connection of the KSU network to the global internet.

Costs associated with this service

There is no charge for this service, available to all users with a wired or wireless connection to a Kent State network

How to request this service

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Immediate acknowledgement from ticketing system accompanied by a ticket number

Expected response time for fulfillment:

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
