Pharos Lab Printing

This service is for requests to implement pay printing via Pharos in a computer lab.

Costs associated with this service

There is a minimal cost for software, compatible hardware, and a licensing fee. Please contact us for an estimate.

How to request this service

Submit a Support Ticket at support.kent.edu. Choose the following:

  • Request Type: Shared Drives, Files Shares, and Backups
  • Shared Drives Detail: Create New File Shares
or call 330-672-HELP (4357).

NOTE: This service is provided in order to support official university functions. It may be requested by any person responsible for implementing or maintaining a service in support of university business.

Service delivery process

Expected response time for acknowledgement:
Requests are immediately acknowledged by the helpdesk system. Acknowledgement of a request will be received within 3 business days from an IS representative.

Expected response time for fulfillment:
Requests are normally fulfilled within two weeks.

Service delivery hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Excluding university breaks
