Library Tech HelpDesk

Students, faculty and staff members can visit the Technology Helpdesk on the 1st floor of the Kent Library (right beside the Library reference desk). Information Services employees are available at the desk to assist with basic technology issues, including:

  • Printing
  • Help with Library lab computers
  • Passwords and Login Issues
  • Online Library Resources and VPN Access
  • Software Issues

Just stop by during our regular semester hours for walk-up assistance. We're looking forward to assisting you! Additional assistance is available by phone at 330-672-HELP (4357) and online at support.kent.edu.

Semester Hours

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday: noon - 5 p.m.

Sunday: 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The Technology Helpdesk is closed during all official university breaks.
