JMC Tech Help

JMC TechHelp is the office concerned with technology owned by the School of Journalism, Student Media, and the CCI Dean's Office. We address the issues of faculty, staff, and student staff, as well as all hardware owned by CCI.  You can open a new JMC Tech Help case using our online form.

KSU VPN

The Virtual Private Network (VPN) service allows you to create a secure connection between your computer and the Kent State University network.

While connected to the VPN, you will have access to the university's computing resources as if you are on campus (with exception to several Administrative Systems, see links below). The VPN is only required when attempting to access resources that are not normally available from off-campus.
