The Kent State University community gave generously on Giving Tuesday this Dec. 1, far exceeding expectations. As promised, President Beverly Warren personally matched $25,000 in a gift to the Distinctive Kent State Fund, a fund that will support the university’s five priorities for a distinctive Kent State.
“On behalf of the university faculty, staff and all of our students, I want to extend my deep gratitude for your overwhelming generosity,” Warren said. “You make Kent State the unique community that it is, and you make all of us very proud. With deep gratitude, I extend a heartfelt, thank you!”
