Flashpac is no longer available for UPS or FedEx shipments effective 4-9-2018

For shipments contact:

• UPS: www.ups.com or via phone at 1-800-PICK-UP (1-800-742-5877).  UPS does not charge for package pickup. Departments will need to setup a user profile.  Until that profile is setup, departments should use blanket account # R7R351.
• FedEx: www.fedex.com.  Rates for package pickups vary and are based on the shipping options selected.  Departments will need to setup a user profile.  Until that profile is setup, departments should use the Kent State blanket account 2388-5933-6.
