The deadlines for applying for an assistantship are listed below. (This form CAN be faxed directly to the department at 330-672-2725 with no cover sheet.)

DEADLINES FOR ASSISTANTSHIP APPLICATIONS
Assistantship applications are considered one time a year six months prior to the start of the Fall semester of that Academic year. If you want to be considered for an assistantship, please make sure that your application reaches us no later than January 31 before the Academic year you in which you wish to have an assistantship. (Example, for Fall 2006 admission, you should have your assistantship application to us by January 31st, 2006.)
