The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular meeting Wednesday, May 28. 

The Board will convene at 2 p.m. in the George Urban Board of Trustees Conference Room, which is located on the second floor of the Kent Campus Library. Board committees will meet as follows:

• Audit and Finance and Administration committees –  8-10 a.m. in the Urban Conference Room;

• External Relations – 8:30-10a.m. in Room 222;

• Academic Excellence and Student Success – 10:15-11:15 a.m. in the Urban Conference Room; and

• Development – 10:15-11:15 a.m. in Room 222.

Trustees are expected to retire into executive session at about 11:30 a.m. to consider specific topics as provided for under Ohio's "Sunshine Law."

Kent State President Lester A. Lefton and Board Chair Sandra Harbrecht will be available to answer media questions immediately after the meeting.
