The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting Friday, June 29. The purpose of the meeting is to approve the university’s budget for fiscal year 2008, including tuition and fees.

The Board will convene at 9:30 a.m. in the George Urban Board of Trustees Conference Room, which is located on the second floor of the Kent Campus Library.

Trustees may retire into executive session during the meeting to consider specific topics as provided for under Ohio's "Sunshine Law."

Board Chair Sandra Harbrecht and Dr. David Creamer, senior vice president for Administration, will be available to answer media questions immediately after the meeting.
