Congrats to Our New Graduates

Kent State University congratulates its newest graduates. Spring 2011 Commencement Ceremonies took place Thursday, May 5, and Saturday, May 7. The May 5 evening ceremony for those receiving doctoral degrees was held in the E. Turner Stump Theatre in the Music and Speech Center. Three ceremonies were held May 7 for those receiving master’s and baccalaureate degrees occurred in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MAC Center).
More than 4,000 students graduated universitywide from Kent State this spring. At the May 5 evening ceremony, 40 doctoral degrees were granted. More than 1,900 total students walked at the May 7 ceremonies.
