Profile:

As vice president for EMSA, Jarvie oversees the day-to-day operations of the 15-unit division that includes the offices of Admissions, Recreational Services, Residence Services, Student Financial Aid, University Health Services and Dining Services.

He has been with Kent State for 23 years. Prior positions he has held at the university include associate vice president for EMSA, dean of students/student ombuds, interim director of Residence Services, assistant to the director of Residence Services, area coordinator and resident director.
