Local Health Departments Schedule H1N1 Flu Vaccine Clinic in Kent

Portage County Local Health Departments have announced that a free H1N1 flu vaccine clinic will take place at Kent Roosevelt High School on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The high school is located at 1400 N. Mantua St. in Kent.

For a complete listing of scheduled clinics offered by the county, visit the Portage County H1N1 Web site at http://www.co.portage.oh.us/H1N1.htm. All H1N1 flu vaccine clinics are open to everyone.

People are encouraged to pre-register at https://h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov/ to help speed up the paperwork process. Portage County Local Health Departments also require consent. The form is available at the clinic and online at http://www.co.portage.oh.us/H1N1.htm.
