July 20, 2009 - The Draime Estate Gardens

The Draime Estate Gardens of Kent State University—a botanical display of incredible beauty—grew out of the Draime family's passion for plants and art. The Draimes believe gardens and sculptures beautify one's surroundings and enlighten one's soul. In 2003, Max and Cil Draime partnered with their alma mater by pledging to donate their property to Kent State University to provide educational opportunities for horticulture students.
