What is CAD?

CAD, or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), is technology for design and technical documentation, which replaces manual drafting with an automated process. CAD is used in many sectors and services in areas of architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. We use industry-standard software in a well-rounded curriculum to give individual the skills needed to work in different capacities and areas of interest.

Certification

Certification is an important industry-recognized credential that showcases your talent and shows that you have the skills to start your career. The software should be a tool and we first teach the fundamentals for the course objectives so a student can apply the skills on the job regardless of software. However, since we use the industry-standard software in every class, we also ensure that we cover the certification objectives so that the student can take the certification test for the software used. This is a digital badge that can be added to your resume, portfolio, and professional networking sites and will give you an advantage in applying for these highly competitive jobs.
