Library Technology HelpDesk

The Library Technology HelpDesk is location in the University Library on the Kent Campus. We are located next to the Starbucks on the first floor and our TechHelp employees are available to assist students, faculty, and staff with basic technology issues.

The Library Technology HelpDesk provides support for technology issues including:

    • Printing
    • Help with library lab computers
    • Passwords and login issues
    • Online library resources and VPN access
    • Software issues

Just stop by the University Library during our regular semester hours for walk-up assistance. We look forward to assisting you!
