Last Chance to Enter the Colors of Summer Veggie and Fruit Challenge

Time is running out to enter the monthlong Colors of Summer 28-Day Fruit and Veggie Challenge.

Registration accepted through June 27

Find new ways to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet. Explore types of fruits and vegetables and their health benefits by participating in the Colors of Summer Veggie and Fruit Challenge, from July 3-30.

This challenge is an honor-based, 28-day program designed to encourage participants to increase their fruit and vegetable intake, which helps to reduce the risk for heart disease and adult onset diabetes, and promotes overall good health.

Participants will receive an educational handout at the start of the program, as well as weekly email tips and trackers from our wellness partner, Be Well Solutions.

Program guidelines:

  • Aim for at least two servings of fruit daily.
  • Aim for at least three servings of vegetables daily.
  • Incorporate fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors.
  • Aim for at least one serving from every color category daily.

Participants will report their progress on a weekly basis using the trackers provided by Be Well Solutions. And, as always, participants will be eligible for prizes and incentives. Each week, participants will be eligible for a random drawing to keep them motivated and to support their wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.

So, let us explore the Colors of Summer together, and join the 28-Day Veggie and Fruit Challenge today!

Note: This challenge is worth 20 Tier Two Wellness Your Way incentive points for full-time, benefits eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program. Employees must participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for Wellness Your Way points.
