Part-Time Instructors
The School seeks qualified instructors for part-time, temporary positions for our online degree programs in Master of Library and Information Science and Master of Science with concentrations in health informatics, knowledge management and user experience design.
Selection is based on the applicant's subject expertise and professional experience in the relevant area, as well as teaching experience, with an emphasis on online teaching. All teaching is done online.
Part-time faculty members whose appointments require that their assigned duties are performed for a full semester are entitled to a fee waiver of up to a maximum of four credit hours, which can be used during or immediately following the semester in which they are employed. Part-time employees earn sick leave in an amount proportionate to the percentage of full-time service.
Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. The school keeps applications for part-time teaching on file for one year.
