The Stories Connecting Generations exhibit features 23 projects from the namesake class that pairs sociology and visual communication design students with an older adult partner, usually a resident of an area senior center, who they build a relationship with throughout the semester. A literature professor from Chonnam National University in Gwangju, South Korea, is wrapping up a year as a visiting scholar at Kent State University with hopes of creating an exchange program between the two schools based on their historic campus tragedies.
