Application and Admission
We invite you to apply for admission if you meet the following requirements:
Application and admission occurs in a two-step process that involves first, KSU Research and Graduate Studies and second, the College of Nursing Graduate Faculty and Graduate Office.
A. First Step

B. Second Step
1. You will be notified by KSU Research and Graduate Studies when your application is complete and has been sent to the College of Nursing. When it is received, the Graduate Office Secretary notifies your chosen concentration program director that you have applied to that concentration
2. An interview, by telephone or in person, will be arranged by the program director. The interview is used to establish a fit between your goals and the objectives of the chosen concentration.
3. Admission is determined by members of a graduate faculty committee who provide a holistic review of the required documents and interview results stated above.Application Deadlines
Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP, Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP, Family NP and corresponding Post-Masters Certificates:
Women's Health NP, Nurse Educator, Adult Gerontoloty CNS, Pediatric NP, Pediatric CNS, Nursing and Health Care Management, MSN-MBA, MSN-MPA,Psychiatric Mental Healthand corresponding Post-Masters Certificates:
RN-BSN/MSN
Students who meet requirements for admission to the graduate nursing program, may apply to the Graduate College and enroll in selected graduate courses while completing the last two semesters of the requirements for the BSN degree.
