That’s why Kent State created the Division of Regional Development as an outreach arm representing the entire university. Our goal is to reach more students, create strategic partnerships in the region and match faculty expertise with community needs. We are actively engaged in creating economic vitality and an exceptional quality of life in the communities we serve.

We want to partner with employees, employers, entrepreneurs and communities in developing economic, organizational and employee strengths helping to create pathways to success, which, in turn, lead to the success of the entire region and state.
