Back to Kent State University Home Page | Whether it’s around the corner or around the globe, the influence of the fashion school at Kent State University has been felt for 20 years. The fashion industry, the press and individual consumers have taken notice of the contributions of the 1,000-plus graduates of the program. The Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising will celebrate its 20th anniversary on Friday, April 25, at “Portfolio 2003.” The annual Portfolio shows are opportunities for students to have their designs presented in a fashion show setting. This year’s event is also a gala to kick off the 20th anniversary celebration. |
