 Veils from this flowing garment, designed by senior fashion design student Jennifer Noe, were blown into the frame to add to its free-flowing effect. The creation was part of Portfolio 2000, the annual student fashion show for graduating seniors at Kent State University's School of Fashion Design and Merchandising.
