To Apply for the Piano Institute at Kent State University

To apply for the Piano Institute at Kent State University:

• Print and complete the application form (PDF)
  
• Prepare an audition CD/DVD/tape of two contrasting pieces. Audition materials can also be sent electronically (MP3, YouTube, etc.) to Monica Brately at mbratel1@kent.edu.
• Include your $50 application fee/deposit payable to by check or credit card. For credit card payments use our secure payment site https://commerce.cashnet.com/pianoinstit
• Mail the completed application packet to:

Tuition, includes room and board.  There are a number of merit-based scholarships available.

All applicants will be notified of acceptances and scholarship awards in early May.
