I grew up in Brunswick, Ohio, and graduated from Brunswick High School in 1996. I attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and graduated in 2000 with a BA in English and Political Science. I worked at Sun Newspapers as a reporter until 2001. I then went to law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Cleveland State University) and graduated in 2004. I passed the bar exam later that year and practiced law with James G. Corrigan and Associates until starting at Kent this year. I am married (Jennifer) and live in Copley, Ohio.
