UPS Package Pick-up Procedure

Departments may establish an individual account with UPS for package pick-ups in individual departments, by contacting Craig Huba, UPS Sales Support Representative, at 1-(440)-826-2651 x7916 or email@example.com. Provide a department representative's name and telephone number in your e-mail to UPS. Craig will contact your representative within two (2) working days for the necessary information to establish your department account. Allow approximately one (1) week for the new account to be created.
Calls for same day pick-up must be made no later than 3:00 p.m. Packages using a "Call Tag" are excluded from any service fees.
