Ms. Bowlin is currently completing her MPH while matriculating into the PhD program in Health Policy and Management at Kent State University’s College of Public Health. She specializes in cost repositioning, sustainability, health improvement and community benefits plans. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Relations from Kent State University School of Journalism and Mass Communication and has over 7 years of marketing/public relations experience. She is completing her practicum with the Office of Government and Community Relations at Cleveland Clinic developing an evaluation framework to measure the sustainability and value of the office. In her Graduate Assistant role she is increasing awareness of all College of Public Health programs leading to substantial growth in offerings and enrollment. Other research projects include developing the City of Canton's Landbank program, the built environment’s relation to physical activity and the government’s role in supporting a healthy food environment.
