Reservation Process

Rentals are available for a two hour minimum and require a 25 percent non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Discounts may be considered for long-term rentals (more than three dates). Additional staffing costs may be incurred due to the size of the group and the need for facility clean-up and maintenance. The wall can be rented separately or in combination with another rental. Rentals include staff for belaying and all necessary equipment. When adding to another reservation, the fee is $2 per try climb. Parental authorization is required for all youth under 18.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. All reservations that provide less than two weeks notice will be charged a $15 late fee.
When the request is scheduled, a confirmation sheet will be sent listing the dates, times and areas that were reserved.
Once the confirmation has been received, the SRWC policy sheet should be signed and returned prior to gaining access to the facility.
Payment is expected at the time of the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
