FA/CPR/AED (142004)

This American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED programs helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies by teaching skills that participants need to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

Fee: Student $70, Member $75, Nonmember $85

Participation in the course does not guarantee certification. Participants must successfully complete all skills and score an 80% or better on each written test in order to be certified.

Certificates will be emailed as a PDF from the American Red Cross within a week of completion of the class.

Class will start promptly at the designated time. Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the class.

The SRWC reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, all participants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of class. When the University cancels classes on the Kent campus due to inclement weather, all programs held within the SRWC are also cancelled.
