Class Descriptions


Aqua Deep

Join in on this non-impact combination of cardio and strength training! This class is held in the deep end of the pool, however a flotation belt will be used so no swimming experience is needed.

Aqua Shallow

Swim on up to this shallow water workout, sure to get your heart rate up while improving muscular strength and endurance, all while decreasing the impact on your joints.

Aqua Zumba®

Integrate the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

BOSU® Boot Camp

Combining simple, yet solid workouts with the unique properties of the BOSU® Balance Trainer is what BOSU® Boot Camp is all about. The class will give you a taste of a boot camp while integrating balance challenges using the BOSU® Ball.

Cardio Crazy® - NEW!

Cardio Crazy® is the ultimate blend of cardio workouts. Multiple cardio formats plus toning exercises are combined into one hour that will make you smile and sweat!

Cardio Sculpt

Looking for a cardiovascular workout combined with strength training exercises for that total body workout? This class will leave your heart pumping and your muscles burning all in one hour.

Core Conditioning (FREE)

Bored with your regular workout routine? Stop by this FREE class for a chance to add new and exciting exercises to your workout.

Multilevel Yoga

Multilevel yoga is for those looking for a step up from Yoga Basics. While it is suggested that participants have practiced yoga before, instructors will provide modifications to offer a diverse range for all abilities.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a non-impact, non-aerobic, deep muscle conditioning that strengthens the body's abdominal muscles, gluteus and back.

Reformer Pilates*

The Reformer Pilates apparatus works the entire body to create lean muscles without adding bulk. Prior Mat Pilates experience suggested but not required. Visit the Fitness Suite to register; space is limited.

SilverSneakers®

Cardio Circuit: Enjoy using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and other fun accessories in this non-impact aerobic class. A chair is available for support.

Range of Movement: A fun, exciting and motivating class that will introduce a variety of support positions with a chair to increase strength and range of motion.

Spinning®

Get ready for the ride of your life! Instructors will take you through a thrilling hour of hills, turns, jumps and more!

Cyclocross: Cyclocross is a biking adventure that takes the meaning of “all-terrain” to a new level. Enjoy a thrilling combination of cardio and powerful body strengthening exercises.

Spinning® HIIT: Are you ready to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone? HIIT the road now and burn more calories the rest of the day!

The Long Ride: Perfect for those looking to fit a longer ride or workout into the cold winter months.

Step N' Sculpt

This power hour combines cardio busting step routines with muscle burning strength exercises to give you the ultimate total body workout!

Total Body Conditioning - NEW!

Pursuing a class to provide a heart pounding, total-body workout? Total Body Conditioning is an intense hour packed with cardio and strength exercises that will get you in shape from head to toe!

Women on Weights

A class specifically designed for those women looking for ways to tone and strengthen their entire body.

Yoga Basics

Perfect for the beginner or experienced, this class allows you to work your mind and body all at an intensity you're comfortable with.
