Tae-Kwon-Do (261004)

This Korean martial art promotes discipline in mind and body through vigorous mental and physical exercise. Workouts are designed to ease stress, strengthen the body and increase confidence.

Boxing Basics (264000)

Skills learned will include skipping rope, shadow boxing, speed and combination drills, proper form with pads and gloves and more.

This boot camp-style class pushes the limits of fitness in terms of strength, aerobic, agility and endurance training.

Meditation (271100)

This class explores several meditation approaches, including mindfulness, progressive relaxation, body scans, guided imagery, sound, music, walking meditation and body/mind techniques.
