This type of massage focuses on a specific problem or area of pain. It can promote healing of an injury and help to relieve chronic muscle pain.
This type of massage may be utilized before or after an event and can promote healing after an injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage is a more intense type of treatment designed to release restrictions in the deeper musculature of the body through a variety of techniques.

Three 50-minute Sports Massages are perfect for the serious athlete or weekend warrior! Customized sports massage sessions are created by the therapist to target individual muscle groups that need specific attention. They may be utilized prior to an event or afterwards and can help to promote healing after an injury. Biotone muscle and joint relief lotion is available upon request.
