Jump-Up Burpee Challenge

The participants will perform as many Jump-up Burpees as possible in one minute. This movement consists of a traditional burpee or squat thrust in which the participant begins and ends in a standing position with an added hop in between. This challenge will take place on the upper fitness floor at the SRWC. Winner from a male and female division will receive a free T-shirt.
