Kent State at Salem Conference Features Student Research

Kent State University at Salem is pleased to announce its eighth annual Undergraduate Research Conference on Thursday afternoon, November 29th The conference will feature oral presentations and poster sessions by students about research they completed in for-credit classes at the Salem Campus during the 2012 calendar year.
Oral presentations and poster sessions will cover a variety of topics in Biology, Early Childhood Education, English, Human Development and Family Studies, Nursing, and Radiologic and Imaging Sciences. Students will present their research orally and in visually appealing displays and will be present to answer questions and talk about their work with viewers. Students who participate in the conference are eligible to win prizes established to encourage excellence in student research.
The Conference takes place at 2491 State Route 45 South on Thursday, November 29th. Oral presentations will be given in the Library at 3:45. Posters will be on display in the Student Lounge at 2:30 and 4:30.
