IACUC FAQ Personnel
To add personnel to an already open study you must submit and complete and addition of personnel form. When completing the form please complete it according to the form mark ups on the right hand side and be sure to list Occupational Health and Safety and Animal Care and Use course completion dates. You will receive an approval email from the IACUC office. Failure to complete the forms properly may result in a delayed approval time.
All personnel must have completed and passed the Occupational Health and Safety and Animal Care and Use courses. All personnel must be properly trained in the procedures they will be required to perform. All training must be logged.
