Delaware Study

The Delaware Study (The National Study of Instructional Costs and Productivity) provides data on teaching loads by faculty category, direct cost of instruction, and externally funded research and service productivity. The results of the latest Delaware Study are provided below. The "Kent Data" offers institutional data for Kent State while the "Research Institutions Data" gives the normative data across all participating research institutions as provided by the study. The comparison tables present Kent State's institutional data side by side with the normative data from all participating institutions. For a more detailed explanation of the terms used in individual tables, see the Notes section.

Data for academic year 2007-2008 will be submitted in December 2008.  Results will be available September 2009.
