The Kent State University at Stark Music Department is announcing auditions for the Kent State Stark Concert Band. The Kent State Stark Concert Band is a 31-year-old, award-winning ensemble, comprised of Kent State faculty and students, local community members from various occupational fields and talented students from area high schools and neighboring colleges. Those musicians who have the interest and enthusiasm to perform great concert band literature are encouraged to audition.

All auditions will take place in the Fine Arts Building on the Stark Campus, 6000 Frank Avenue NW in Jackson Township.
Auditions take place on:
- Monday, Aug. 22 from 6-8 p.m. in 101 Fine Arts
- Wednesday, Aug. 24 from 6-8 p.m. in 101 Fine Arts
- Monday, Aug. 29 from 6-8 p.m. in 119 Fine Arts
