The Requirements

• Have a 3.0—4.0 High School G.P.A.
• Be an incoming Freshmen at Kent State University Fall 2013
  
• Have an interest in learning more about KSU
• Be a leader or want to become one
• Attend weekly meetings during Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters.

Complete the Application

• We are no longer accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Academy. Applications will become available again in February 2013 for the 2013-2014 academic year..
  
• Submit the contact information (email address) of two people who can complete a recommendation form for you(Online Only).
  
• Bring a Copy of your current resume (be sure to include all of your extra-curricular activities) with you to the Interview Day, May 3rd, 2013.

The Process

• APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 12, 2013
• Recommendation Letters Due: April 15, 2013
• Notification of  Interview: April 24, 2013
• In-Person Interview: May 3, 2013 (1pm-5pm)
• Final Decision: May 10, 2013
