Note 2: All, or most, of the credits earned in the following associate degrees can be applied toward the requirements of the Bachelor of Science in Technology 2+2 or Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology 2+2 degree programs.
Associate of Applied Science (AAS):
Computer Design & Animation Engineering Technology provides students with coursework in design, animation, and virtual reality. Computer-aided design (CAD) is used heavily throughout the program for computer modeling and multimedia development. This program is administered through the Tuscarawas campus, with courses offered at that campus and the Kent campus. Additional information is available on the Tuscarawas campus web site.
Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology provides students with a core of engineering-related courses and a focus on digital and electronic systems, robotics, microsystems, and the design / development of electrical and electronic circuits.

Environmental Technology
High Technology Manufacturing provides students with a range of technical knowledge and skills associated with photonic, semiconductor, and microchip fabrication processes. There are three options available: Semiconductor, Photonics, and General.
Laboratory Technology provides students with a range of technical knowledge and skills in the areas of laboratory safety, quality control / assurance, testing, instrumentation, and hazardous waste operations. There are two options: Environmental Laboratory and Industrial Laboratory.

Associate of Technical Study (ATS):
Category A - Individualized provides students with the flexibility to develop an individualized technology-based program based upon specific needs and interests. Program content must be approved by a technology faculty advisor prior to completing 32 hours of credits toward the degree. Please see an academic advisor for details.
