Each time someone at Kent State University communicates with the general public or primary stakeholders, it affects the university’s reputation.
The convenience, speed, cost-effectiveness and environmental advantages of using electronic communication make the transition to, or addition of, electronic communication a powerful, efficient and timely tool.
As a result, a base set of standards is required when preparing your content. Requests must use:
- 350 words or less (if more information is available or necessary, include a url in your message and drive recipients to a Web site)
- Upper- and lower-case subject lines with a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces)
- No supporting attachments (with the exception of the submission form itself)
