University Facilities Management's mission is to maintain and enhance the buildings and grounds on the Kent Campus of Kent State University. Creating, maintaining, and successfully managing an attractive and functional University environment is not only important to the students, staff, and faculty, but to the community as well. The following operations make that possible:
University Facilities Management provides comprehensive maintenance of 127 academic, administrative, athletic, and residence hall buildings on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule. The department also maintains 916 contiguous acres of rolling hills, woods, and manicured greens.
