Composite Financial Index (CFI)

The Composite Financial Index (CFI) is a NACUBO developed index that shows the relative financial health of the institution. The CFI is derived using four ratios: Primary Reserve Ratio, Viability Ratio, Return on Net Assets Ratio and Net Operating Revenue Ratio. The 2021 Goal is 4.4.
