NOTE Ohio Construction Reform (House Bill 153) substantially altered how public improvement projects are completed. Construction Reform now allows public authorities to use the General Contracting (Single-Prime) project delivery method for local and state capital construction projects. Under the General Contracting project delivery method, a single contractor has the overall responsibility for the completion of a project.
