Kent State University Office of the University Architect is currently requesting qualifications from firms for the following project:

Request for Qualifications of Architect/Engineer (A/E) Firms for
New Institutional Advancement Building Project No. KSU-13L011
Kent State University, Kent Campus, Kent, Ohio, Portage County
TOTAL PROJECT COST:     $11,500,000.00
CONSTRUCTION COST:      $  8,700,000.00

SERVICES REQUIRED:
Primary: Architectural; Secondary: Landscape Architecture, MEP/Technology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Interior Finishes and Furniture Design, A/V Systems Design
ESTIMATED A/E FEE:    8% to 9%
EDGE PARTICIPATION GOAL:  5% of initial Total A/E Fee

Deadline for Submitting Qualifications: Friday, June 7, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. local time
This is a locally-administered project. Interested firms are required to submit one (1) original Statement of Qualifications (SAO Form #F110-330) unbound, and one (1) in PDF file format on a compact disk (CD-ROM). See Section H for additional submittal instructions. No electronic or fax submittals will be accepted. Submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the university-assigned project name and number identified, and sent directly to the Kent Campus, attention:
