many fronts during the summer of 2010. Take a look at

Risman Plaza and the Library entrance!

The Downtown Kent Revitalization Project transitions from 900+ construction jobs to 700+ new permanent jobs to the Central Business District. Community leaders talk about the public-private (City of Kent, Kent State University, PARTA, Fairmount Properties, Ron Burbick/Phoenix Properties, The Pizzuti Companies) that led to the $106 million downtown project.
