Students who study abroad set themselves apart with an understanding of design as an international industry and how to employ intercultural sensitivity to their communication solutions. Students can participate in study abroad programs in the school of visual communication design and in the college of communication and information.
Summer workshops are a long standing tradition in VCD that challenge students to create unique design solutions to environmental graphic design problems in a short-term, immersive setting.
