- View the CommonSpot video tutorials.
Web team also works with the university community to keep links and other copy within the Web site current. If you know of a link on www.kent.edu that needs updated, removed or added, please submit a support ticket.. Access to SiteImprove and Google Analytics is also available to assist website optimization. If you need assistance with your website and need Web team support please submit a support ticket.
Several classroom training sessions are available. In addition, web team offers support and office hours for questions and individualized help.
